Made a tutorial for the GIMP. I know that I am not the queen of emotes, but people need to learn how to do them with GIMP!

So, this is to educate everyone.

Before you read this, check out =MissLittlewood's Basic dA Emote tute for GIMP. This is just the second version to it. :)
